NO CABLES, NO FAILURES, NO OSCILLATIONS
Creating offices without cables, without failures, without oscillations and with high connection availability for all the network users. That was Quilmes goal, Argentine brewery of the AB-Inbev Group, which had the Wi-Fi environment of its central office in Argentina, completely renewed from the consulting and Nap IT support services.
It was in this scenario that Nap IT worked on the evaluation of what would be the best solution and how the work could be done, without causing high impacts to the daily operation. Based on the Ekahau Site Survey – an analysis methodology that identifies an environment wireless network nonconformities – the changes were focused on the a network construction in the Next Generation Wireless model based on High- Density Experience (HDX), which optimizes the structure performance and applications, through specific adjustments and policies.
TESTIMONIALS
“The Brewery and Mallett Quilmes had an ambitious dream of creating a 100% Wireless Office. But with high data transfer rates and a building with large interference sources, our reality has created difficulties in ensuring availability of access to systems and apps. ”
“At all, we’ve reduced and reconfigured the Access Points number, and upgraded the central controller. Finally, we were able to raise the connection speed to 400Mbps. The plan included the connection structure standardization, according to the new rules and models required by AB-Inbev, generating more adherence and proximity between the Argentine environment and the other units spread around the world. ”
