In incidents case occurring on the network infrastructure, Nap IT has certified ITIL professionals (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), able to restore the service as quickly as possible, avoiding or minimizing negative and financial impact to the business. This action is carried out through a workaround (contingency) or quick fix, which enables the company to resume activities using alternative resources.

The mission is to guarantee that service levels, availability and quality are maintained according to agreements, while the problem caused by the incident is resolved. This process is monitored through incident management.
