Reinforcing Pre-Sales
IT Management Specialist, Ronaldo Barbieri is the new Nap IT Senior IT Presales Engineer. His goal is to develop the pre-sales area and to add new solutions to the products and services company’s portfolio, designing options and ways to attract more business.
“My expectation is that we can grow the client portfolio and the our performance market. For it, I will contribute with my experience in all the company areas”, emphasizes the professional that during 10 years of his career adds passages by companies like Sonda, Logicalis and HPCDS (in Ireland).
Technical highlights: the GAS area news
Nap IT’s technical support has also been strengthened by changing some internal processes and positions. Among the changes, highlights to Luis Lhullier’s new position, who leaves the unit coordinator position to the general CTO position in the company.
According to Lhullier, his goal will be to boost the solutions offered to each client, adding more and more value and quality to the day-by-day attendance. “We are structuring our services, always looking for differentials that reaffirm efficiency and return delivery. We will work to offer even more agility, economy and knowledge in the projects”, he says.
The GAS unit also received a new engineer in its team. Cristiano Silveira will act as Infrastructure Manager for the operation in Brazil.
Silveira, Infrastructure and Information Security Manager, will reinforce the internal strategies and achievements development within one of our clients.
