Willian Kuga and Cyril Adet bring extensive experience in IT and will support projects that rely on technologies and market trends
The information technology market is constantly evolving, and among the latest innovations is the cloud services consolidation as well as intellectual property solutions. Meeting the growing demands, Nap IT has just strengthened its experts team by hiring Willian Kuga and Cyril Adet.
Willian Kuga takes over as technical expert in cloud solutions for project management. His first challenge will be to manage an internal systems migration project for Microsoft’s Azure cloud computing platform. Currently, the client of this project has servers and systems in its infrastructure with operations in Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Mexico and Canada. Kuga’s goal with Nap IT is to reduce the 66 Data Centers spread across Latin America to only 12.
The specialist adds 20-year-experience in the Information Technology, Network Infrastructure and Security area,. His expertise is based on networking products (Cisco, 3Com – HPN/Firewall – ASA and Checkpoint) and best practice process management (ITIL). He has international experience in corporate network structure projects and in the the pre-sales team support for the solutions in end-to-end data projects design. Prior to joining the IT team, he served as NDM (Network Delivery Manager) at HP.
Project management and information security
Cyril Adet, the project manager, will be responsible for implementing a solution for the agronomic research center and intelligence reference of one of Nap IT’s clients. With the implementation, the company aims to optimize the workflow and data storage, in addition to reducing risks of changes and losses during the research process. Another objective is to increase the information confidentiality and traceability, supporting the intellectual property registration process, which assures the company’s operations.
Achieving the goals, Adet’s mission is to understand the research area business processes in order to define and revise requirements, identify risks and problems, and assist in resolutions. It is still within his scope to manage global suppliers, align deadlines and timelines, validate product quality, recommend and suggest improvements, and provide support to the project team.
Cyril Adet brings 15-year-experience in IT Consulting and Telecommunications for project management and Data Center, application and information security. He is proficient in the PMBOK, ITIL and CobiT methodologies, as well as expertise in managing IT budgets, investments (CAPEX, OPEX) and negotiating technical and commercial software solutions.
