Aligned strategies and talent retention
Within strategies to stay in line with Cisco‘s plans for new solutions, there is Nap IT’s concern to retain talent. “We seek market talents to compose a winning team, focused on offering and implementing the best solution for customers. We also invest in upgrading the training of professionals, so much so that the commercial area is 100% certified in Cisco solutions, as well as our network engineers”, emphasizes the director.
The company’s goal in investing in the Cisco partnership is to increase the teams productivity with more agile processes, expand the number of companies served and ensure quality in every customer process, from consulting to after-sales.
