Nap IT: Strengthened team towards new horizons

Recent hirings are aimed at structuring the company to operate in new regions of Brazil, expand product line for network infrastructure and improve the services quality

With four-year-experience in the technology market, Nap IT has been innovating its line of services in the network infrastructure sector in order to add value and improve the projects delivery quality to customers. This innovation is a company’s growth result, year after year, and has also led Nap IT to invest in its operations in new regions of Brazil, such as São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais. With this movement, we saw the need to strengthen our professionals team.

At the beginning of the second half, we announced Carlos Monaco’s hiring, our sales manager for São Paulo, who has taken up the strengthening challenge of our relationship with customers and suppliers, such as Cisco, one of our main partners, our website for a product line for network infrastructure, which serves all-size companies. In the southern region, we have incorporated to our team Aluisio Andrade, as Operations and Services Director. He is responsible for delivering solutions tailored to the needs of our clients, for ensuring project quality and deadlines.

It is also important to expand service offerings in a more consultative manner, in addition to developing a governance system through a set of results-oriented policies, processes, roles and responsibilities. At the management level, we finalized the hiring of two new employees: Rodrigo Menna, assuming the Telecom Manager position; and Priscila Nassiff, as Incident Manager. Rodrigo Menna brings extensive experience in infrastructure and project management Telecom.

At Nap IT, Menna will be at the forefront of developing Telecom relationship and project management with our customers, with the improving service and the environment role. This professional differential is his vision in complex projects, considering the solutions consulting and implementation. In addition, he specializes in Backup, Upgrade Migration, and has extensive knowledge in Virtualization and ITIL and COBIT methodologies.

Priscila Nassiff is also a professional with more than 10 years in IT experience, mainly in incident management. Therefore, its role in Nap IT is to reduce incidents and improve service quality. It will focus on problem and incident management in the customer environment as well as supplier management to meet the companies demands. In her professional career, Priscila has worked in the management of processes, incidents and crises, leadership in the disciplines Wintel, UNIX, DataBase, Backup and Service Desk, and also brings good knowledge in ITIL and COBIT methodologies.

These hirings are directly linked to the Nap IT growth scenario and our business model. Our collaborators team has experienced and differentiated professionals. With the new hires added to the veteran team – which has already made a difference for our customers – we put into practice our plans for structured growth and governance, our efforts to expand service and product lines and the Nap IT brand consolidation as a customized solutions company in the network infrastructure segment.
