Nap IT presents news in its commercial area

Sandra Woodward takes over as Sales Director, and Yuri Duccos and Suelen Ramiro take over as account managers

With the objective of providing solid knowledge in technology services, and maintaining the good performance of each customer’s processes, Nap IT announces new products for the commercial area. One of the highlights is the new position assumed by Sandra Woodward, who leaves the Sales Manager role and starts acting as Sales Director, responsible for leading the company’s business structure.

The executive has the goal of accelerating the NAP IT growth and supporting the company’s expansion in a sustainable way. “As part of the process, we will focus on projects in the international market that has been happening in recent years, with the services execution with our multinational clients”, says Sandra.

Offering solutions in a consultative and tailored: the commercial area challenge 

The Nap IT sales team is also supported by two collaborators: Suelen Ramiro and Yuri Duccos, who take the account managers position.

“The hiring new business managers will bring agility, experience and increase Nap IT customer satisfaction. In addition, we intend to be disseminators of the best practices in high performance corporate networks, collaboration and digital security”, says Sandra.

Focus on Cisco solutions: Yuri Duccos’ goals

Conquering the market and expanding the installed base customer satisfaction: this is Yuri Duccos’ goal, who will focus on new business, such as selling Cisco solutions to NAP IT customers.

Yuri has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration by PUC-RS (Pontifical Catholic University, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil), and the 5-year- experience professional, acquired commercial experience in the IT market as Account Manager, serving large clients, with infrastructure monitoring solutions.

He acted as buyer in a large nationwide retail network – which gave him a differentiated look at how the seller should handle the business, financial and supply areas demands.

Conquering the market for network solutions

As a commercial manager, Suelen Ramiro also arrives at Nap IT with the goal of fostering businesses that help customers grow in their operations. The focus will be to highlight the integrator service and gain more space in the network solutions market.

The professional has 11 years of experience in the IT and Telecom market. He worked for 6 years in the commercial management area focused on VoIP telephony expansion and as an Account Manager. He worked at Dell with strategic account management for hardware, software and services solutions.
